On analysis, the incisors are found to be periodontally compromised and poorly positioned due to collapse of the periodontal support. The extraction of the four lower incisors is performed as the insertion of two implants for the production of a four elements bridge.

Seventy-three-year-old female patient arrives at the clinic complaining of the mobility to a central incisor, of which she requests rehabilitation, if possible without involving adjacent elements. The patient has a generalised periodontal pathology treated with professional hygiene maintenance and overall well compensated. Element 1.1 is periodontally compromised and poorly positioned due to collapse of the periodontal support and subsequent occlusal trauma. The extraction of the element and the immediate placement of an implant for the production of a single element is performed.
